Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Chia Cups
Peanut butter, chocolate and banana are the classic combo for this perfect breakfast or snack. Make these on the weekend and keep in the fridge to snack on all week.

Ingredients:
For the banana peanut butter layer:
For the chocolate layer:

Instructions:
1. For the banana peanut butter layer, combine ¾ cup plain yogurt, banana, peanut butter and maple syrup in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth. Stir in ¼ cup chia seeds. Divide mixture evenly between 4 250-mL (1-cup) jars or small glasses. Chill in the refrigerator to set, at least 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, for the chocolate layer, whisk 1 ½ cup yogurt with ⅓ cup chia seeds, cocoa powder, milk and maple syrup. Divide mixture evenly over top of each chilled peanut butter layer. Chill until set, 15 more minutes.
3. Top each jar with banana slices and a light dusting of cocoa powder. Seal with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
