  • Whole Spelt Bread

    Breads made with whole spelt flour are usually more compact.

    Tip: Use 1/2 cup soaked, cooked whole spelt kernels in Whole Spelt Bread recipe and reduce milk by about 1/4 cup.

    Tip: Use a blender to crack whole spelt kernels.

  • Wild Blueberry Smoothie

    This is a refreshing smoothie that can be enjoyed any time of the day!
